This hunting lease is leased and not available. Pine, oak, and cedar canyons next to rye and alfalfa fields (in Nebraska's #1 Boone & Crockett producing county) should help multiple hunters harvest nice whitetails and maybe an occasional mule deer. Many turkeys and predator calling make this lease even more desirable. ATV/4-wheel drive use on trails is permitted. Camping on the property could be arranged. Cattle are grazed on the pastures and are generally moved in early October to more accessible areas near the buildings. The landowner has a couple long time friends that may turkey hunt for a weekend in the spring and fall. The landowner and his son may harvest a few antlerless deer late in the muzzle loader season. The landowner does frequently patrol the property in his UTV. Upon inspection I saw 15+ whitetails, multiple flocks of turkeys, and a few mule deer. This should be an exciting property to hunt!
